Welcome to My Aerial Home, the home of aerial dance and circus in London.
My Aerial Home teaches a variety of aerial dance skills including static trapeze, rope, straps, Chinese pole, silks and hoop along with the ground-based skills of contortion, handstands, acrobalance and tumbling – to absolute beginners, improvers and professional.
The classes are suitable for both men and women aged 16+ and are a fun way to get fit, challenge yourself and be creative.
My Aerial Home is based at Unit A2, Bell Green Retail Park, Lower Sydenham, London SE26 4PR – near Halfords.
Presented by MAH and Freedon2Fly, the EAC Pro 1 course runs over twelve weeks, covers several aerial disciplines and includes modules on choreography, act development, rigging and business for performers.

What better way to get into shape this spring than learning an aerial circus skill?
You will choose a two hour slot (2 - 4 or 4 - 6pm) and learn a fun selection of aerial circus skills including static trapeze, silks, rope and aerial hoop. There will be a fun hula hoop warm up and you may get chance to build a human pyramid. This event is suitable for adults, young adults and families.
