Friday August 14: FIGHT OR FLIGHT - Performance Combat with True Edge.
An exciting workshop for teens looking at combat skills for stage and screen! Find the storytelling behind the violence in this fun and consent-based workshop.
Friday August 21: SWING FROM THE CHANDELIER - Unusual Aerial Equipment with Erin Gavagan.
A chance to explore unusual aerial equipment like chandelier, multi-hoop, umbrella, and more! Expand your aerial horizons with Erin.
RIGGING COURSE
14 - 15 November 2026
Saturday & Sunday (5-6 hours per day). £375
This rigging course is presented by Bryan Donaldson from High Performance Rigging and covers a blend of classroom theory and on-site practical rigging.
Bryan will cover not only the basics and not so basics of rigging for aerial performance but also your legal obligations and requirements so you can keep yourself and people in your care safe and alive.
There will be a theory written/multiple choice test at the end of the lesson.

Visiting from the Netherlands, Dana’s Creative Sequences workshop is all about rewiring how you habitually move in the air!
You will learn intricate new sequences and do guided tasks that challenge and develop your movement vocabulary.
Great for creativity, pushing stamina and learning how to make your own routines.

Feeling sluggish? Want to get fit and fantastic? Start your aerial classes with a Tuesday Try Out - ONLY £12! We have classes for anyone from two to eighty-two! It is never too late, or too early to start your aerial career. For fitness, for fun for everyone!

Intensive Courses
My Aerial Home has a range of professional development courses, certified by CPD. Choose from our Rigging Course (2 days)which is in association with Bryan Donaldson of High Performance Rigging; Our Dancers Intensives (1 week) a great introduction into aerial skills for commercial use; our Teacher Training (1 week)teaching the fundamentals of teaching aerial for all ages and abilities; Our EAC Foundation Course (1 month) a further move towards a professional aerial career or our EAC Professional Course (3 months). What ever you choose we can put you on track to achieve all of your aerial goals.
My Aerial Home Away From Home - is our student accommodation. If you are traveling to us from another part of the UK or from abroad we have two student flats at reasonable rates to rent during your stay. Contact Lynn on mahoffice@myaerialhome.co.uk to find out more about fees and booking.
Circus for all ages
My Aerial Home offers a range of Children’s Circus classes every day of the week throughout the year. Our Monster Club runs Monday to Sunday for youngsters who want to start aerial as a fun hobby to give them confidence, strength and flexibility. If they love it we have Circus Troupe to develop their skills further and when they reach 12 we have teen classes and teen troupe to keep them interested and fit during their secondary school years. We also offer Half-Term taster sessions and Summer Circus Camps and production weeks. Camps and tasters are suitable for youngsters with no aerial experience. Contact us to chat about how you can get your youngster involved.
Practice time for all
Open Training sessions are regularly available Monday-Friday. Sessions are split into Open Training Points Only (This is for use of any of our 8 Big Rig points; Equipment available includes: Rope, Silks, Silk Sling, Dance Trapeze, Hoop, Straps, Loops) and Open Training Static Trapeze Only (This is for use of any of our Static Trapezes). All Open Training slots cost £15.
