MAH’s Terms and Conditions
Full terms and conditions are below but please note three major points:
One:
We have a no refund, no transfer, no do over policy. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that they are available for the course, class or workshop and that they remain in good health to attend. Once you have purchased your ticket, class or course we are not able to refund any money or transfer you to a different course or class at a later date. Although we are sympathetic to everyone's circumstances we cannot be responsible for events and issues outside our control including, but not exclusively, children's sickness, other people falling ill, the participant falling ill or travel issues.
Two:
We offer a number of passes to book our adult evening and Saturday regular classes. Please select the correct pass when booking, as we are not able to refund any money after you have booked. Expiration of the passes begins from the date of your first booking. If unused, our passes expire in 180 days.
Single Class Pass (£32.50)
Our single class passes are our most flexible pass type. Use these to drop in and out of any of our regular adult classes.
6 Class Pass (£150)
Our original class pass. These passes are for 6 consecutive classes of the same class every week at the same time.
6 Class Pass Flexi (£180)
6 class credits with added flexibility. You can use this pass toward any of our regular adult classes over 12 weeks.
12 Class Pass (£250)
Ready to commit? This pass is for 12 consecutive classes of the same class every week at the same time.
12 Class Pass Flexi (£300)
12 class credits with added flexibility. You can use this pass toward any of our regular adult classes over 12 weeks.
Three:
When you purchase a pass, it does not mean you are automatically signed up to the class. It is up to the purchaser to book into each individual class through BSport that they plan to attend. We cannot guarantee your space if you do not book into each individual class.
If you have any questions regarding booking please call My Aerial Home on 02038174870 or email info@myaerialhome.co.uk.

Membership Policy
My Aerial Home Membership is obligatory for those participating in classes, courses, training or practicing at My Aerial Home, and is automatic upon booking a course or class. You will then be sent a Health Form to fill out.
Aerial activities involve an element of risk and physical exertion. Whilst practical measures are taken to reduce risk we cannot eliminate all possibilities of injury. Membership does not include accident insurance. Please ensure you inform your teacher(s) about any medical condition you have that may affect you in class. We reserve the right not to teach any student we feel may not be fit enough to undertake the activity safely.
Code of Conduct
Training and practice at My Aerial Home is subject to the following code of conduct:
You must sign in before each class or practice session.
You will at all times show respect to all teachers, users, students and visitors at MAH.
You undertake to behave in a responsible manner at all times.
No one will be allowed to partake in practice time at MAH unless they are undertaking a class at MAH or have been given approval and deemed to be a safe aerial practitioner.
You will, at all times, endeavour to work in a safe manner, ensuring your own safety and the safety of others. You will not take part in activities that might be beyond your skill level unless properly supervised by a teacher who has been approved and engaged by My Aerial Home. NO OTHER TEACHING SUPERVISION is acceptable if you are undertaking a new trick or activity.
Impromptu teaching groups are not permitted as they contradict MAH’s health and safety rules and insurance guidelines.
The practice sessions are for the use of MAH members to practice and hone skills, tricks and moves taught at their class or to create routines.
If you are moving safety equipment such as crash mats you must ensure that the mat is the correct thickness and size for the height of equipment and, if required, a non-slip mat has been placed under the crash mat. If you are unsure contact a MAH approved teacher.
My Aerial Home reserves the right to terminate classes with groups or individuals or to substitute teachers at short notice.
Everyone is encouraged to take responsibility for the tidiness and care of the equipment provided at MAH.
Bags, coats and other personal items are NOT to be taken into the training area. There are cubbies and lockers for personal items. You may bring your own lock to use on lockers.
Please wear suitable clothing for classes:
This generally means clean, close fitting training wear.
All jewellery and piercings must be removed before training.
Outdoor shoes should not be worn when using any of the equipment, or in the training area.
Lost Property: items left at MAH will be kept for two weeks and then disposed of.
All accidents must be reported to a MAH teacher immediately.
Any loss of blood or bodily fluid must be reported to a MAH teacher immediately and you will be required to clean the equipment.
Please put all equipment away after use. This includes moving mats, returning yoga mats and tennis balls to their storage places, and checking whether you need to reinstate any rigged equipment you may have moved.
Mobile phones must not be used during classes. Recording equipment may only be used with permission of your teacher.
Registration and Booking Policy
Before booking a course, we will ask you to complete and return a Health Form. The Health Form asks for information on any previous fitness training, any injuries you may have or medication you may be taking. Please disclose all information, even if you feel it may not be relevant, so that we are able to advise you accordingly. We also require details of a current emergency contact.
By booking a class you are agreeing to My Aerial Home’s Terms and Conditions including our class payment policy, cancellation policy and class attendance policy. All fees must be paid prior to a course or class (see Payment Policy).
A completed, signed waiver must be received from all participants before training or starting a course at MAH.
Class Structure, Fees, Class Payment and Rebooking Policy
All fees must be paid in full before the start of the course in order to secure a place. MAH cannot guarantee your space if your fees are not paid.
Rebooking policy: It is your own responsibility to re-book your classes if you wish to continue.
Included in the class time is a 15-minute led warm up before each class and a 15-minute led stretch and cool down following each class. We strongly advise that you take advantage of these warm ups and cool downs.
Classes, especially Beginner and Foundation Courses, are progressive. Attendance at each class is therefore strongly recommended.
1:1 sessions are available at a cost of £36.00 for half an hour and £72.00 for an hour.
2:1 sessions are available at a cost of £50.00 for half an hour and £100 for an hour.
Please ask for a quote if you are interested in 3:1 sessions or bespoke workshops.

Practice Sessions
We offer 2 hourly practice sessions at a cost of £12.00 per session inc VAT. Practice sessions are not included in the 6 week block evening courses. Please note that from time to time daytime practice will not be available if there is another booking or a full time course or workshop in the space.

Friday: 12:30 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 16:30
Payment Policy
All fees must be paid prior to the start of the class/course/workshop. If you have not paid the fees, MAH reserves the right to refuse you entry to the class.
If making payment by bank transfer, please ensure that you use your surname and invoice number as the payment reference. Without this MAH is unable to guarantee confirmation of receipt.
Intensive Courses – a set deposit is required at time of booking or such fee as MAH requests. The date the outstanding balance is due will be detailed on your confirmation invoice.
Private sessions must be paid for at least THREE WORKING days before the class date, in order to process payment and confirm your tutor. A working day is defined as Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm.
If you are a new client full payment must be received at least FIVE WORKING days before the class start date, and you may be asked for full payment over the telephone. Without payment your place cannot be guaranteed or reserved.
MAH can refuse entry to and participation in any course without explanation.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable between booking blocks. Alternative classes on a different day may be offered, at MAH’s discretion, but only within the same booking block.
Bookings cannot be postponed to a later date.
At least THREE WORKING days’ notice is required to cancel 1:1 and 2:1 sessions, without which the full fee will be levied. A working day is defined as Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm.
If you have paid for a course, and the course has started, you can cancel your participation, but you will not receive a refund and no alternative classes will be offered.
Please see separate section below for conditions relating to intensive courses.
You may be subject to a cancellation fee if you do not inform My Aerial Home that you will not be attending a course after previously stating that you will. If you refuse to pay any of the fees or cancellation fee you will be barred from booking any class or course at My Aerial Home in the future.
Classes/courses cancelled after an invoice has been raised may also carry an administration fee.
Intensive Courses
Intensive courses vary in length and are as advertised.
A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a place on an intensive course. This fee will be refunded if the course is cancelled, but not if the participant has changed their mind.
The remainder of the fee must be paid no later than ten working days before the start of the course or by the date stated on the invoice.
In the case of illness there is no refund on course fees once paid.
Warm Up and Latecomers Policy
We want to ensure that you have the best possible experience during your class, and avoid injury wherever possible. Please therefore plan your journey to MAH carefully to ensure that you arrive in time to warm up fully prior to your class.
If you do not arrive in time for the led warm up, you must ensure that you carry out your own good quality warm up. You will not be allowed to join your class until you have undertaken this.
Those arriving more than 15 minutes late for class may not be allowed to join.
Grounds for Refusing to Include
We will ensure disabled people are included within existing classes where it is appropriate to do so. However, some circumstances that may constitute reasonable grounds for refusing:
Presence of health issues that contra-indicate participation on medical grounds. In this instance, disabled persons may need to provide evidence from a medical professional to verify that it is appropriate for the individual to participate in a particular activity.
Identification of an unacceptable level of risk being posed to the health, safety or wellbeing of: i.) either the disabled person ii.) or others they are likely to come in contact with if included within existing classes.
Recognition of the necessity to irrevocably change programme(s) provided in existing classes in order to accommodate the disabled person within them.
