Sophie Patilla
Teacher
Sophie comes from a dance background, taking a variety of classes as a hobby from a young age. After deciding to pursue dance professionally, she furthered her training at Performers College, Essex, graduating from her degree course in 2021 with a BA(Hons) in Dance and Musical Theatre.
Sophie started her aerial journey at My Aerial Home alongside her professional training, with a Dancers Intensive course back in 2019. She came back for more after graduating, joining the EAC Pro 3 month course in 2021.
Shortly afterwards, she made her professional debut at sea on board Marella Cruises as Dancer/Aerialist. Her most recent venture has been with Air Dance Productions, as Aerialist on board P&O’s Arvia. Sophie is excited to be taking up teaching during the next part of her journey!
